We are accomodating, understanding, open and vulnerable. We choose to view each person as an individual and try to build upon relationships. We cater our software to our users and are empathetic when issues arise. We’re not perfect by any stretch but we’re willing to learn and continue to improve. After all, we’re only human.
Flexible
Things can change quickly and we know our success relies upon how fast we can adapt which sometimes means doing things we didn’t know we could before. We respond to new infortmation and act upon it. We are willing to change direction and reform our approach to take advantage of new opportunities.
Sustainable
We are about conducting ourselves and our work calmly. There's no need to rush -- this can break things and cause accidents to happen. We actively combat stressors to reduce pressure and rarely work overtime (it happens, but it's not the norm!). We value our team member's time, mental health, and work life balance.

Wellbeing allowance
You'll get a yearly $500 well-being allowance to spend on anything that betters your life away from work. Some of the things we've used our allowances on are running shoes, remedial massages, gym memberships, fitness tracking devices, books, and dance classes.
Extra day of paid annual leave
You'll also get an extra day of paid annual leave for each year you're with us beginning from the completion of your second year. You can accumulate up to 5 extra paid days.
Top-up paid parental leave
You'll get a top up to your regularly salary when you claim the Commonwealth Paid Parental Leave Scheme. For primary caregivers it's 4 weeks (+ 2 weeks for each year you're with us) and for non-primary caregivers it's 2 weeks.
Employee assistance programme
You'll get access to our employee assistance programme where you can get private and professional counselling. It can be a short-term, solution focused approach to help you enhance your well-being.
